| Any packaged or bare root plant material that fails to grow in the first growing season will be
replaced once upon receipt of original sales invoice. We must be
notified of any problems the same year purchased as we are not responsible
for winter damage. All replacements

| Note - We do not replace
replacements. There are no replacements on Potted nursery stock or
evergreens. These plants are actively growing when
purchased and will continue to grow with proper care. |
